What a wonderful day!!!

Now autumn has really come, beautiful sunny days and multi-coloured trees. It's so beautiful at this time of year. Lots has happened over the past few weeks. School continues to challenge and inspire our brains. I'm enjoying varsity life and trying to get the most out of it. Manne is also enjoying school, but has a light schedule at the moment which is fun for him.

Him and Mickey have started playing around at more places, which has been great for them. Most recently they went to the Swedish Championship for Country. what an amazing experience it was for them there, they met so many wonderful people and really had lots of fun.

A few weeks ago I was in Stockholm visiting Brenda, Joel, Ella and Wendy. We had a fun time, it's great having some family relatively close by!

Then I won tickets to a big football match in Sweden - Kalmar vs Malmö, so Manne and I went to that. Which was fun, but it's a pity they don't have rugby in this country ;-)))

Last week it was my birthday and I was really spoilt. Got a lovely winter jacket, some beautiful curtains (that I've been trying to find for a LONG time), and a sewing machine, along with some other things. The Schmit family came down to visit and we had lots of fun. Watched a 5-hour long version of Pride and Prejudice...it's my new favourite movie!!!! ;-)))

What a summer!

Wow!!! What a summer it's been! Full of family and fun, laughter and rain. It's actually been the worst summer (weather-wise) since 1847. But it feels SOOO good to be back in our cosy cottage in Färjestaden. Our studies are going well, Manne is in his second year of International Business, I've just started my first in International Communications! An exciting journey.

And yes, we have eventually gotten a computer! Which means that we can finally get this blog going!!! YAY!

At the moment we're in Tidaholm visiting Manne's family. we're going to his cousins wedding later, so I need to get to the hairdresser.

But...we'll be back! ;-)))
